STC Shareholder Employment Outreach Program Making Progress
Earlier this year, Sealaska announced a new initiative to assist qualified tribal member shareholders at gaining employment with Sealaska Timber Corporation (STC) contractors. The goal is to increase shareholder employment throughout Sealaska’s contractor base by creating a Shareholder Employment Coordinator position
Aaron Donnelly is one success story as a result of the initiative. Aaron recently discussed his story with Prince of Wales residents while attending the Craig Community Association’s annual celebration in November. Aaron related his experience with the outreach program and how it may benefit others.
